Cacao Criollo

This is a cocoa of excellent quality, renowned for its low tannin content, making it the ideal choice for the manufacture of the finest chocolates. The tree that produces it is delicate and low-yield, while the bean has a thin, smooth shell and a subtle aroma. This cocoa represents only 5% of world production, making it even more exclusive.
